Wareerak Hot Spring and Wellness is a place where you can immerse your soul in the peaceful sanctuary of tropical paradise. The experience honors the healing traditions of hydrotherapy, Thai wellness, forest therapy, and holistic wellness philosophy. The hot springs provide pure natural medicinal water which has various therapeutic effects through hydrotherapy programs designed to promote health and wellbeing.
Day 1
Arrival from midday onwards

07:30 to 09:00 Morning yoga and Qigong fusion
09:00 to 10:00 Breakfast
11:00 to 16:30 Free time / or day trip
4:00 PM to 5:30 PM Somatics yoga and meditation
19:00 to 20:00 Dinner
Pick up from Krabi National Airport and transfer to Wareerak Hot Spring & Wellness safely by private van. After checking in, continue with the ‘Thai traditional medicine’ program to receive health advice and care from our Thai traditional medicine doctors. Then relax your body with a 60-minute ‘Hot oil massage’ and take some rest in our comfy resorts. After that will be dinner time, enjoy our special dishes which are well-selected healthy foods. After dinner, let your body relax with ‘Night spa service’ in your room. Do ‘Singing bowl therapy’ and ‘relaxing massage’ by professional therapists to make you sleep better.
Start the day with a good breakfast then experience an award-winning ‘Kinaree Long Song Day Spa’ program which includes lunch, body scrub, Thai massage, and therapeutic baths. Then take a break and take a walk through our ‘Tropical seasonal fruit orchards’ during your leisure time in the afternoon. In the evening, have dinner and enjoy ‘Hydrotherapy’ under the moonlight before going to sleep.
